Whittle Consulting undertook a Whittle Enterprise Optimisation (EO) study to improve NPV and provide validation of the Avanti Kitsault project in Canada. The new techniques and mine optimisation mechanisms determined by Whittle produced a 31.7% overall increase in NPV, above the best business case of the company. This significantly improved overall mine valuation.
