ITM COAL - INDONESIA
Whittle Consulting performed a Whittle Enterprise Optimisation (EO) study and strategic life-of-mine optimisation on the 9 ITM coal mining operations in Indonesia. In conjunction with ITM, 3 marketing and 2 business improvement scenarios were also prepared. The results of the study illustrated an initial 13% NPV net gain in mine valuation over the base case. With refinements of the optimised case, this was increased to 14%.
